Group forest bathing sessions.
Outdoor sessions are at Newborough Forest (Isle of Anglesey)
In the session (60/90/120mins options) we do not walk very far in distance, and the route will be as flat as possible and there will be plenty of time to relax and soak in the atmosphere of the very special place we have selected. You will be provided with a sequence of sensory exercises designed to calm the body and mind. This includes being encouraged to breathe deeply, make use of all your senses (hearing, feeling, seeing, smelling & tasting) to truly appreciate what the environment has to offer. The sessions will be held mainly in silence, with only your session guide to explain and guide you through this experience, this will enable you to truly get the most out of your session and enable you to truly understand what forest bathing is about.
We will finish the session with a guided meditation and a tea ceremony where we will be able to share our experiences with each other (only if you wish)

Group Mindfulness walks
Mindful walking is different from forest bathing/eco therapy as in this practice we aim to keep our focus on the body and the sensations we will feel from it, rather than our surroundings, it is a slightly different way of focusing the mind to aid in that sense of calm we all need.
Mindful walking is a form of mindful movement. It uses the everyday activity of walking as a mindfulness practice to help you become more aware of the sensations in your body. By tuning into your environment and the sensations in your body as you walk, it can help you to focus on the present moment.
If the walk is mindful, a busy thoroughfare is equal to an idyllic woodland setting.
That is the wonder of mindfulness – it does not matter where you are physically; it is where you are mentally that is important.
Different locations are available depending on the needs of the participants; these can be discussed at time of booking.
Price per 60min session is: £5 pp (minimum of 10 people)

Meditation in nature group sessions
What to expect when meditating in nature?
When we sit or stand on the earth below us during our nature meditations, our body connects and synchronises with the earth’s natural vibrations. The connection between us and the earth becomes more in harmony with each other and therefore enhances the experience of our meditation session. It will enable are senses to be heightened – as in our hearing can become sharper and our skin more sensitive. We will feel much more connected and grounded.
